Sandra is a polymer scientist by training with profound technical experience and passion for polymeric materials who worked 23 years predominantly within Business R&I for multinational chemical companies like Dow, Hempel and Trinseo on Synthetic Rubber, Plastics and Coatings; delivering technical solutions that address today’s and future market and societal needs.
Her desire to become part of the paradigm change from fossil-based towards a circular Bioeconomy led her to join Agrifood giant ADM as VP for Innovation and Product Development for biobased industrial solutions for diverse industry sectors.
She is passionate to leverage her broad industry experience and network to connect people within the emerging value chains of the bioeconomy to help companies in their quest to defossilize product portfolios and processes in line with the Paris Agreement and the EU Green Deal.
